Principles
	No form for political or religious hatred will be accepted, as this nation was created based on the principles of spiritual and ideological freedom. So religious or political persecution shall not be tolerated and will result in banning of any member who attempts such. This is a free nation.

Complete independence
	The project of the Nation Of YAN constitutes of free and completely independent communities and a capital in order to provide the communities of their general needs. Each community has a different mindset, and will be allowed to have its own private rules.

The Council
	The National Council is where all the representatives of the nation meet to discuss all topics related to the nation. At the present moment the council is presided by the head of the nation and two advisors, in order to provide for all the administrative matters related to the nation.

Council membership
	Every county has its representative participating on the decisions of the council, and each community will receive its share of territory in order to develop their own ideas as a county. Every representative is a member of the Council.

Decisions
	Each member has the right for a vote. The decisions are taken based in majority of votes. In case of a 50/50 decision, the Head of the Council must make the decision.

Disputes
	The council is responsible as an intermediator between all communities, and its decisions must be accepted in order to establish any unfortunate eventuality between comunities. Therefore a representative of every community must participate of the ordinary meeting of the council.

Freedom to leave
	Any unjustified objection towards the decisions taken by the council may result in one's own decision to either follow with the councils decisions or leave the project.

Objections must be justified
	To justify your objection towards a decision of the council you must therefore present your case on the next ordinary meeting of the council so they can consider it under their next voting.

New ideas welcome
	Again, any new ideas are more than welcome, we have no objections towards new concepts or proposals as long as these can be explained in detail.

Ministries:
	There is need in order for the more perfect function of our nation, to create administrative positions in order to ensure that all needs of our nationals are satisfied. Therefore the Council has created the Following ministries:

Ministry of Peace:
	To ensure that all religious needs as well as non religious amongst our members are met. This position can only be occupied by someone who knows about all major religions of the world and has studied atheistic intellectuals as well. Responsible for the National Guard.

Ministry of War:
	Created to ensure that our borders will be defended, so that our people can live in Peace. This position must only be occupied by a military person. Responsible for the National Armed Forces.

Ministry of Health:
	The ministry's job is to identify and contain diseases, develop cures, distribute vaccinations, and protect the public health. This position must be occupied by someone who is an experienced doctor, nurse, or a psichiatrist.

Ministry of Information:
	This ministry is dedicated to designing our culture, preserving history -- both that of YAN as well as all of humanity -- for all our nationals and with focus on research. Basic schools, museums, libraries, university and any other studies and media are related to this ministry.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
	Any topic related to what happens outside our borders is related to this ministry.

Ministry of Internal Affairs:
	Public Transportation, Harbors, Airports and Building permits must be directed at this Ministry.

Ministry of Treasure:
	Trade, Industry, Taxation and any form for income must be related to this Ministry.

Ministry of Natural Ressources:
	Water and wilderness, parks, green areas and sites for the preservation of natural inhabitats are just some of the tasks of this specific ministry.

Orders:

The national orders are four and can only be bestowed by the minarch: The Order of the Wild Hunt, for those who promote freedom of speech around the world, a royal blue ribbon; The Order of Peace, for those who promote peace and statesmen who recognise our nation, a white ribbon; The order of life, for those nationals who have or provide for more than four children, a golden ribbon; The Order of the Crown, for those who by extreme sacrifice achieve victory for the nation, a black ribbon.

Nobility:
	According to your own personal efforts towards the nation the minarch may as gratitude bestow upon you a title of nobility.
